 Print publishing manuscript compilation (200)
The market is flooded with options to ‘self-publish’ your own book. Believe me, you can tell the difference between non-professional self-published books and professional published books. We have a team of professionals who will give your book every advantage to insure it has the best chance of success. Cook books need a different presentation than children’s books. We have compiled over 650 books, so we understand the differences in the presentation options of various types of books. We can publish your book in any language! We have published books in 9 languages. At Glorybound, our marketing team can help you every step of the way, from printing and binding to marketing and distributing your creative work. More than just printing, we give your book every chance to be successful with publishing professional services:

  •  Fast and flexible printing options in a wide range of formats and styles
  • Provide publishing which is ‘alive’. We allow authors to make changes along the way after the book is published. None of our books are ‘frozen’. This relieves the stress of publishing a perfect book, because if you find an error, you have an opportunity to change it in the next printing (Post Print Editing).
  • Personalized Professional help. You will know your publisher
  •  Author keeps 100% royalty.
  •  Marketing and distribution options for local, domestic and international markets
  • Manuscript Cleanup and Preparation. As part of this service, we clean up your manuscript’s formatting so that it meets our guidelines. That way, your manuscript will easily move through the editing and interior layout stages of the publishing process.
  • Custom Interior Layout Design. A professional interior layout gives your book a competitive edge. A front cover isn’t the only part of a book readers will judge by its appearance.

As part of our collaborative design process, you will fill out a questionnaire about your interior layout preferences that will help your designer determine:

  •  The best way to make your interior visually cohesive with your cover
  •  An appropriate typeface for your book’s genre and style
  • A unique design for your chapter openers
  • The style and content of your running heads
  • Page number placement
  •  Solutions for special formatting your book might need

We’ll then format a sample chapter of your book based on your design preferences to make sure we are on the right track in creating the book you envisioned. Once you’re happy with the sample format of your book, we will go ahead and lay out the full interior. The publishing industry can be a little intimidating, but that shouldn’t stop you from sharing your expertise and creativity with the world. Tell your story and market your work with custom book publishing from Glorybound.
We provide a full range of printing, marketing and distribution options designed to make your publishing experience a successful one. From layout and design to the final delivery, let our experienced team work with you to create e-book, hard copies, and DVDs of your book.
Glorybound Publishers are here to guide you through the entire custom book printing and publishing process.

Copyright Registration (45) + Library of Congress Fee
Copyright is important to every author. If you have created a work in the United States it is essential to register that work as soon as possible after the publication date. Glorybound Publishing Editors are expert on United States Copyright law provisions and we want to insure your rights are preserved.
•     Copyright Consultation with Glorybound Publisher noting rights and responsibilities of authors and/or artists of books.
•     Library of Congress Fee is separate (cost is 45 at time of this publication)
•     Registration requires digital copy of the book
•     Two fully bound copies may be registered with the Library of Congress. One is actually put on the shelf of the Library in Washington DC while the other copy is put in the reserve basement. Author must provide the copies (or we will print and bind the copies for 19.95 each).
•     Author must certify he/she is original producer of the work (by letter to Glorybound)
•     Additional cost may be added if more than one author or artist is included in the work.
•     There is an extra charge for more than a single contributor.
•     Author will be the recipient of the Copyright. Glorybound files the paperwork as a service.
•     We will receive the formal copyright letter and forward it to the author or artist.

ISBN Assignment (35)
It is essential that International Standard Book Numbers are given to each book which is published to be sold. These are individually assigned numbers indicating specific title and author. The numbers are held by a company called ‘Bowker’s Link’ and they provide them to authors who wish for their books to be registered. Publishing companies purchase a clump of numbers (Glorybound has 1000) and then go back onto their web site and register the numbers with specific titles.
•     Every book must have its own ISBN.
•     Glorybound attributes an ISBN Number to a title and uploads the cover as well as a summary of the book.
•     All newly assigned ISBN titles appear in journals distributed to libraries throughout the United States.
•     The ISBN is a two number character format. One of the numbers is utilized at a catalogue number for inventory in stores.
•     ISBN provides the base for the Bar Code which is needed on the back of the bound edition for scanning purchase options.

E-book Formatting (199)
Your publishing plan with Glorybound is customized based on the needs of your e-book, and will always include the following services. What You Get:

  •  Customer support from a real live person via phone, email or in person.
  • Manuscript cleanup and preparation
  • Custom e-book formatting
  • 100% rights and royalties

Manuscript Cleanup and Preparation
As part of this service, we clean up your manuscript’s formatting so that it meets our guidelines. That way, your manuscript will easily move through the editing and e-book formatting stages of the publishing process. There’s no automatic converter here. Your e-book’s formatter will go through the file line by line to make sure everything looks perfect. Once the formatting is completed, you’ll have the opportunity to review and approve our work. You’ll receive four device-optimized e-book files:
•     MOBI for Kindle devices and apps
•     EPUB-iPad for Apple devices (e.g., the iPad and iPhone)
•     EPUB-Nook for Nook devices
•     EPUB-generic for all other e-reading devices and programs

Proof Edition Book (60)
This is a bound printed copy of your book with the cover. Many times, because of the high cost of personal printing, books are not printed by the authors prior to submission for publishing. This gives the author an opportunity to see the book for the first time and hold it in their hand! This copy must be done after the book is formatted because of the printing options by professional printing. Authors may order additional Proof Edition Books along the publishing route as the book ‘morphs’ into its final product. These Proof Edition Books will be a souvenir for years to come because they are the first proof of your work!

  •  Proof Edition of the manuscript prior to editing (or may request after editing)
  • Size is 8.5 x 11 page with print of the book appropriate size as if it will be printed. For example: General reading books are 6” x 9” whereas children’s books may be 8”x 8”. The page size of the Proof Edition will be 8.5 x 11, but the print on the page will be actual size—when it is bound. There will be some white space around the block print.
  •  The paper around the block print enables the author to visualize the manuscript as it will be in completed format edition and make pencil notes for editing purposes.

 Professional Book Review (249)
A professional book review is essential for marketing of a book. It gives breakdown of the work with recommendations to target your audience. Includes information related to the title, cover, genre as well as thesis and concept analysis review. A professional book review considers if the author’s language is clear and convincing and if his/her ideas are adequately developed. The review includes information about the author-- reputation, qualifications, etc. -- anything relevant to the book and the author’s authority. The review will include title, author, place, publisher, publication date, edition, pages, special features (maps, etc.), price, ISBN and hook with the opening sentence with a clear goal to entice the reader to want to read your book!

What You Get:

  • Complete Amazon author profile setup, including author photo, bio, website link, blog rss, videos, reviews, and additional information about the book that Amazon allows authors to provide.
  • To begin the process, we’ll create an Amazon author profile that helps establish credibility within the Amazon community. If an Amazon user visits your author page, they’ll have a one-stop place to view your book, read your bio, look at your author photo, and more.

Amazon Keyword Listing (ebook) - $49
Amazon is a jungle, and it can be tough to stand out against the thousands of books listed daily. Our Amazon Author Exposure service is a great way to take your first steps toward getting noticed, and the Amazon Keyword Listing add-on helps you go that extra mile. By adding keywords to your e-book listing, your book will be more searchable on Amazon, further increasing your book’s exposure to potential readers.
Amazon only allows keyword additions as part of their e-book distribution, making this service exclusive to authors publishing an e-book.
What You Get:

  • Research and selection of seven keywords for your Amazon e-book listing
  • Adding keywords to your e-book listing offers more opportunities for readers to find your book. If you have a children’s book, for example, we can add keywords such as magic, coming of age, and adventure. This will help increase the chance that your book shows up if, for example, someone searches for “coming of age” within the children’s book category.
  • As part of this service, we’ll research seven keywords relating to your book and add them to your Amazon e-book listing.
